29. Is there a fine incurred by the employer in case of failure to have insurance for all employees and their family members covered by the cooperative health insurance law?

The employer is required to pay all payable premiums in addition to a fine on behalf of every individual, with the possibility of depriving it permanently or temporarily from the right of outsourcing as contemplated by Article (14), clause (a) of the cooperative health insurance law.
