The Council of Health Insurance (CHI) announced an increase in the health insurance Compliance, which resulted in an increase in the number of insured beneficiaries during the second quarter of 2022, with 83% compliance level and increase of 8% compared to the same quarter from last year.

​CHI indicated that based on its records the number of insured beneficiaries have exceeded more than 10 millions during the second quarter of this year, with a total of 10050044 registered beneficiaries and 83% compliance, compared to 9150264 registered beneficiaries and a compliance of 75% from the same quarter last year.

Dr. Nasser AlJuhani, Official Spokesperson, Executive Director of Enablement and Supervision, Medical Director, explained the increase in the number of insured beneficiaries during the second quarter of this year 2022 came as a result of CHI dedicated efforts and keenness to adhere to its supervisory and previsionary roles to enable its beneficiaries to obtain their full rights and healthcare services with the highest level of protection, quality and efficiency.
