Council of Health Insurance (CHI) will participate in the Global Health Exhibition 2022, which will be held on Oct. 9-11 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.
Through its participation in the Exhibition, CHI aims to showcase its achievements, initiatives, and programs as part of its strategy to become a global leader to enable beneficiaries to obtain their rights to care and protection at the highest quality and efficiency.
CHI is participating in the Exhibition will take several forms, the most significant of which is the special wing that features an exhibition showcasing its most notable initiatives resulting from its strategy to empower the health insurance sector and find integrated solutions to current challenges.
Visitors to CHI’s wing at the Global Health Exhibition will have the chance to learn about digital solutions and technical innovations that will simplify health insurance transactions. A thorough description of the accreditation and certification process and the actions required to satisfy the standards will be provided, along with an overview of the efforts made to enhance customer experience and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
In addition to highlighting all of the services offered by the Council and responding to pertinent questions, the Council will also illustrate the most salient commitment indicators and other standards used in the health insurance sector to provide the best quality and most efficient services.
Dr Shabab Al-Ghamdi, CHI Secretary-General, will attend the Quality Healthcare' Conference on the Exhibition sidelines to address the economics of health insurance and the most prominent difficulties in the industry, as well as the CHI role in managing and regulating the health insurance sector. In addition, a panel session will be held in the presence of experts and specialists at one of the largest specialised health gatherings, which is projected to attract more than 10,000 guests, and staging of five conferences to enhance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's health care sector.
Dr Nasser Al-Juhani, CHI Spokesman and Executive Director of Empowerment and Supervision, confirmed the Council's eagerness to participate in the Exhibition as part of its role in working to empower beneficiaries and strengthening the health insurance sector through innovation and the use of technology and digital solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
"Such participation will highlight CHI's successes as part of its strategy to establish a competent, high-quality sector, based on a conviction in the value of transferring expertise via successful experiences," he said.
