The Council of Health Insurance Wins the King Abdulaziz Quality Award in the Category of Authorities and Corporations

The Council of Health Insurance achieved the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and won the silver level in the category of Authorities and Corporations for its efforts to enhance quality and efficiency in the private health insurance sector.
CHI received the award in recognition of its role as a leading regulator working to empower the sector and improve the quality and efficiency of its health and insurance services through the implementation of its strategy aimed at providing the best services with the highest quality in order for all beneficiaries to obtain their full rights of protection and care in the simplest way possible.
The King Abdulaziz Quality Award is a national framework for institutional excellence standards, as well as the primary catalyst driving its wheel in light of the competition among various sectors to raise the quality level through numerous programs and initiatives. 
The CHI’s official spokesman, Executive Director of Empowerment and Supervision, Dr. Nasser Al-Juhani, stressed that the CHI's receipt of the King Abdulaziz Award is an affirmation of its efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.
He stated that winning the Award as a continuation of previous awards motivates all CHI employees to continue their efforts to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and quality, which contributes to upgrading the sector in a way that enhances the satisfaction of beneficiaries who are eager to measure it through the use of specialists from international expertise houses in order to achieve the most accurate results.
Al-Juhani said: "Quality is the third axis in the CHI's strategy to achieve a quality-driven sector, so we seek to activate all initiatives and programs that help us achieve our goals in accordance with the CHI's strategy."

*It is noteworthy that the CHI has achieved many achievements with regard to the application of international quality standards, most notably obtaining the ISO certificate in business continuity ISO22301:2019 as a result of applying the standards and fulfilling all the necessary requirements and certificates "ISO 27001, ISO 9001 & ISO 10002", which enhances its position and the reliability of its performance with customers.
