Council of Health Insurance to Organize Beneficiary Experience Improvement Forum

The Council of Health Insurance is organizing the Beneficiary Experience Improvement Forum today, Wednesday, entitled “Partnership for Improvement" within the context of enhancing the beneficiaries' health through a regulatory environment focusing on prevention, empowerment of relevant persons, and the achievement of transparency, justice, quality and efficiency.

A number of the insurance-related parties' representatives, including beneficiary experience officers in insurance companies and healthcare service providers, together with health insurance beneficiaries' representatives, participate in the Beneficiary Experience Improvement Forum in order to discuss the customer's needs with the aim of enabling beneficiaries to receive their full right of protection and healthcare with high quality and efficiency in the easiest ways.

Within the Forum, a workshop, based on quality improvement and co-design, will be organized for addressing challenges and finding the best solutions for facing them and developing beneficiary experience improvement plans based on performance, for the purpose of establishing the beneficiary-centralized principle with the insurance-related parties and making each entity aware of its roles.

On his part, Dr. Nasser Aljehani, Enablement and Supervision Executive Director, and Official Spokesman in the Council of Health Insurance, asserted that the Council of Health Insurance seeks to improve its role as a world-wide leading regulatory body through many initiatives aiming at empowering beneficiaries and raising the level of quality and efficiency of the health insurance sector.
Aljehani said: “In the Beneficiary Experience Improvement Forum, we sought to bring together all insurance-related parties under one roof and discuss beneficiaries' needs out loud in the presence of all parties in order to promote their roles and work together for improving the experience and enhancing the efficiency and quality of the services provided in the Sector".
He ended his conversation stressing that such initiatives contribute to facing challenges, finding innovative solutions and achieving sustainability, reflecting positively on health insurance beneficiaries.​
