The Council of Health Insurance has received Accreditation from (Great Place To Work) Organization for best working environment in the Kingdom, as a part of the annual lists issued by GPTW for best working environments in various countries around the world.
GPTW, which operates in 60 countries around the world and is headquartered in San Francisco, has granted CHI the Accreditation, since GPTW is one of the largest organizations specialized in evaluating leading and distinguished working environments that support creativity and innovation and promote professional integration, in accordance with a working mechanism that depends on the usage of highly accurate evaluation models.
GPTW used its Trust Model in the data collected to rank CHI, as this Model is used to evaluate the employee's opinion of the best working environments around the world by depending on the Trust Index, which is directed to the employee according to five basic criteria represented in credibility, and respect, equity, pride, and fellowship.
Meanwhile, CHI's Official Spokesman, Executive Director of Empowerment and Supervision, Dr. Nasser Al Juhani, described CHI's receiving Accreditation from GPTW for best working environment as a new achievement and success that is added to its series of previous successes.
Al Juhani pointed out that Accreditation demonstrates the existence of a healthy and stimulating working environment within CHI, which is clearly reflected in the efforts of its employees to provide the best services of high quality and efficiency to the beneficiaries.
Al Juhani said: “CHI always strives to be a leading global environment to enable beneficiaries to receive their full rights of care and protection, and receiving such Accreditation is in line with the strategic objectives it works to achieve.
