Is the employer entitled to determine a certain number of individuals of the insured's family (husband, wife and male children under the age of twenty-five and unmarried daughters) to provide them insurance?

​The cooperative health insurance law and its executive regulations did not specify a certain number of dependents covered by cooperative health insurance. Anyone who meets the definition of "dependent" in the sense specified by the executive regulations shall be included in the health insurance policy.
