The cooperative health insurance policy does not exclude cases of death or injury resulting from vehicle accidents. Therefore, the insurance company shall cover the repatriation of the deceased within the limits provided for in the list of the insurance policy. It may claim the vehicle insurance company or the culprit in the incident pursuant to the right of subrogation.
