Establishing, preparing and operating the Strategic Transformation Management Office to be responsible for following up the implementation of the Council’s initiatives and programs, monitoring their implementation, ensuring the completion of their work within the approved time period, and achieving their objectives successfully.
The goals of the project:
•Developing templates and forms for following up the initiatives and programs of the Council
• Establishing and creating a mechanism for reports relatable to initiatives and programs
• Identifying and defining the main interconnection points
