It is the regulation that regulates
the qualification of health insurance claims management companies by the Health
Insurance Council authorized by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to operate in
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a liability insurance settlement company with
limited liability or Joint Stock Company.
