This service enables beneficiaries and insured individuals to electronically file a complaint against the Council with ease, ensuring their insurance rights are protected and addressed with efficiency and transparency.
Steps

Log in via the National Unified Access Platform (NAFATH).

Select the "Complaint Against the Council" service.

Specify whether you are filing the complaint for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Accurately enter your personal details.

If the complaint is related to a previously closed complaint, enter the reference number.

Clearly and precisely state the details of your complaint.

Upload supporting documents (if available).

Review your information carefully, as errors may delay or invalidate your complaint.

Click "Submit Complaint".
