How is insurance for people with chronic diseases carried out?

The beneficiary must disclose if he/she has any illnesses before entering into insurance once given a medical questionnaire (disclosure form) by the company. The principle is that the policy covers chronic and past illnesses, and the company is not entitled to reject insurance coverage unless they prove that the insured has provided the company with wrong information in the disclosure form.
